Sevier County Bank has made it easier than ever for you to take advantage of the many benefits of banking at your community bank. We’ve included everything you need to switch your checking account to SCB. 

This kit provides the necessary forms to close your old account, set up automatic payments and deposits and expedite the changes as easy as 1,2,3.

Complete the Account Closure Form provided below and mail it to your current checking account institution. Please specify the date that you want the account closed and that you want any balance directed to your new account with SCB. 


If you would like to have your paycheck directly deposited into your new SCB account. Just complete the Direct Deposit Form provided below and  present to your employer. Social Security and VA deposits can be completed by telephone. The numbers are on the Direct Deposit Form.


 If you want payments automatically deducted from your new SCB account, please complete the Automatic Withdrawal Form provided below and forward it to companies who automatically draft payments from your account. Use as many as you need.
