The SCB Freedom Card does just that - frees you from writing checks. You can make point-of-sale purchases at any location displaying the MasterCard logo. Your account is accessed immediately and funds are debited from your account. Your card may also be used at most ATM locations worldwide. The SCB Freedom Card is available for most checking accounts.

You may mail your deposit to SCB for processing. It's easy and your receipt will be mailed to you when your deposit is credited. Also, you can call TIP (865) 429-4636 and verify when the funds are available.
Should the unfortunate event of having your ATM card stolen or lost during our after hours, we still have you covered! All you have to do is call our 24 hour line (1-800-999-0363) immediately to block your card and prevent unauthorized use. During normal business hours, you must call (865) 453-6101 to have your situation resolved.
Sevier County Bank has sponsored the Time and Temperature service for Sevier County since 1974. It is a community service that anyone can use. Just call (865) 453-6171 any time for the correct time and temperature.
Voice Mail messages may be left any time. For your continued satisfaction, when you call (865) 453-6101 during regular business hours, we answer your call personally, but messaging through voice mail is available 24 hours a day if you have a touch tone phone.
Our Teller Information Phone (TIP) system provides you convenient access to your account from your touch-tone phone. By calling TIP at (865) 429-4636 or (429-INFO) you can check any of your account balances PLUS you can request a detailed memo post account summary that is itemized for you. Provided funds are available in your account, we also give you the added feature of making installment, commercial and mortgage loan payments.
