What Is E-Statement ?
SCB E-Statements is our newest product that helps save our environment! Your monthly statement is sent to you by secure e-mail rather than postal mail. You receive your statement fast, secure, and convenient. Once your statement is viewed, you can choose to save to your computer or print as usual. Your statement is available through the e-mail that you receive from us for for 60 days. You can also access your e-statement from SCB On-Line Banking for 120 days.  And, don’t forget that check images are also a part of this online statement. The best part of this is that it is FREE to all of our SCB On-Line Banking customers. 

What does my computer need for e-statements? 
You must have an email address and Adobe reader 6.0 or higher on your computer to view statements. 

Do e-statements really arrive sooner than mail?
 Absolutely! The notification email will be sent to your email the night the statement is produced. Mail could take 2-3 days. 

Why is it  more secure? 
Mail fraud and Identity theft are becoming common and this method will protect our customers from this happening. 

How much is this service going to cost me? 
This service is FREE. You will have to enroll for SCB On-Line Banking though to access the e-statement tab but this is also a FREE service. 

What if I have trouble with the enrollment forms or getting SCB On-Line Banking to work?

What happens when I click the link in the email that I receive?
You will be directed to our secure server where you must sign in with your SCB On-Line Banking User Name and Password. 

How do I get started?
To sign up for E- statements, sign up for online banking , then select the E-statements tab to enroll all of your accounts for e-statements!
